Dr. Zafar Qadir, Chairman Taaleem Foundation represents Pakistan at International CSO Summit held on 20-22 October at Istanbul. He made a presentation on “Role of Technology in Social Development’ to international community of NGOs. His Excellency Tayyip Recep Erdogan, President of Turkey was the Chief Guest at the Summit.
